Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Userbot from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a Userbot access token and your agent's Secret Key. In the Userbot dashboard (my.userbot.ai) click your profile, open Account settings > Access Token and create a token with no expiry. Copy it, it is shown only once. If the tab is missing, ask your Userbot contact to enable API access. The Secret Key is under Integrations > API Keys.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Userbot?
It can read the messages in a chatbot conversation and search the users who have talked to your AI agent by name, email, phone or user ID. It can send operator messages into a live conversation, update the end user's name, email, phone and bot variables, and archive a conversation.
Does the AI see my Userbot credentials?
No. Your Userbot access token and Secret Key are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading conversations only. Operator messages reach the end user straight away and archiving ends the chat for them, so these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Userbot account with API access.
Where do I find the conversation ID?
The conversation ID is shown in the Userbot dashboard for each conversation. The AI uses it to read messages, reply, update the end user or archive the chat, so paste it into your question or ask the AI to use the one you are looking at.
