What counts as a task?
A task is one thing your AI assistant does in your software, like “create an invoice”. Even if that takes several steps behind the scenes, you pay for one task.
Looking at your tools, requests blocked by your rules, and requests waiting for approval are free.

Need more tasks than your plan includes?
Add a monthly task pack or upgrade. Without a pack, paid overage is billed per 1,000 extra tasks in arrears. Free pauses at 100 tasks. Tasks reset monthly; unused tasks do not roll over.

Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It includes one connected system and 100 tasks a month, with no credit card and no time limit.
Do unused tasks roll over?
No. Included tasks reset at the start of each calendar month.
Do tests and the demo count?
No. Test runs from the dashboard and tasks in the demo accounting system are free. Only tasks your AI assistant performs through your connection link count.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page at any time.
Is onboarding included?
Team, Company and Plus include a free 30-minute Zoom call to help you connect your integration. The booking link appears in your workspace after payment.
Do you charge per user?
There are no seat overages. Free includes 1 user, Starter includes 3, Team includes 15, Company includes 30, and Plus includes unlimited users. Reaching a user cap requires a plan upgrade.
We sell software. Which plan fits?
