Connect Claude & ChatGPT to SupportBee
Ask your AI what is waiting in your SupportBee inbox, what a customer wrote last time, or to draft and send a reply. It can add internal comments, labels and assignments, archive or trash tickets, and create new tickets. It also reads your snippets, teams and agents and reports ticket counts.
Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.
Try asking
“Which unassigned tickets came in since Monday?”
The AI lists tickets from that date with filters, including who they are assigned to, page by page.
“Find tickets from [email protected] about refunds.”
It searches tickets by text and requester email and returns subject, labels and assignee.
“Reply to ticket 48213 using our shipping snippet.”
It reads your saved snippets and the ticket, then sends the reply. The reply is emailed to the customer.

It adds an internal comment. The customer does not see it.

Questions
What can the AI do in SupportBee?
The AI can list, search and read tickets, replies, comments, labels, snippets, teams and users, and report ticket counts. It can create tickets, reply to customers, add internal comments, add or remove labels, assign tickets to agents or teams, mark tickets as answered, and archive, unarchive or trash tickets.
Does the AI see my SupportBee API token?
No. Your SupportBee API token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading tickets only. A reply is emailed to the customer, and a new ticket can notify the requester. Replies, archiving and trashing can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own SupportBee account.
Why do I need to enter my SupportBee subdomain?
Each SupportBee desk has its own address, like acme.supportbee.com. PipMCP uses your subdomain to reach your desk, and the API token to act as you there. Enter only the subdomain part, for example 'acme'.
