Connect Claude & ChatGPT to NeetoDesk

Ask your AI which tickets are waiting, what a customer has written so far, or to draft a reply in NeetoDesk. It can list, create and update tickets, read comments, add replies or internal notes and save reply drafts for an agent to send. It can also pull reports on ticket volume, agent and team performance and customer satisfaction.

Try asking

  • “Which tickets are new or open right now?”

The AI lists tickets filtered by status, sorted by when they were created or updated.

  • “Summarise ticket 1284 and what the customer is asking for.”

It reads the ticket and its comments and sums up the conversation.

  • “Draft a reply to ticket 1284 explaining the refund process.”

It saves a draft reply on the ticket for an agent to review. Nothing is sent to the customer.

  • “Assign the ticket to Priya and set priority to high.”

It finds Priya among the team members and updates the ticket's assignee and priority.

  • “Add an internal note that we are waiting on the warehouse.”

It adds a note to the ticket that only your team can see.

  • “How did our CSAT look last week?”

It pulls the customer satisfaction report for the last 7 days.

Questions

What can the AI do in NeetoDesk?

The AI can list and read tickets, comments, team members, ticket fields and forms, and pull reports on ticket volume, agent and team performance and customer satisfaction. It can create and update tickets, add replies and internal notes, save reply drafts and create customers.

Does the AI see my NeetoDesk API key?

No. Your NeetoDesk credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. A reply comment is sent to the customer, so it can require your approval before it runs. You can also leave replies off and let the AI save drafts only. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own NeetoDesk account.

Will the AI reply to customers on its own?

Only if you let it. Adding a comment of type reply sends it to the customer, while a note stays internal. A reply draft is saved on the ticket for an agent to review and send later, so nothing reaches the customer.
