Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose EverAfter from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your EverAfter API address and API key. Use https://production-server.everafter.ai for US workspaces or https://production-server-eu.everafter.ai for EU. A workspace Owner or Admin creates the key under workspace settings > Permissions > API keys > Generate API key, with the 'Use as an MCP connector for AI assistants' toggle left OFF. The key is shown only once.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in EverAfter?

The AI can search, create and update customer accounts, read account fields, tasks, task progress and stats, and list activity events. It can create and read custom object records, find hubs and hub links, update a task's status, and list and ask your EverAfter AI experts.

Does the AI see my EverAfter credentials?

No. Your EverAfter credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Changing a task's status shows up for your customer in their hub, so that tool can require your approval before it runs, and so can creating or updating accounts. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own EverAfter account.

Why does EverAfter ask for an API address?

EverAfter runs separate US and EU servers. Use https://production-server.everafter.ai for a US workspace or https://production-server-eu.everafter.ai for an EU workspace. When you generate the API key, leave the 'Use as an MCP connector for AI assistants' toggle OFF, because a connector key is rejected by the REST API that PipMCP uses.
