Pick the app

What can the AI do in EnforcedFlow?
The AI can list your round-robin groups, their agents and their criteria fields. It can pick the next agent in a group, email the next agent content such as lead details, and create or update agents in a group.
Does the AI see my EnforcedFlow credentials?
No. Your EnforcedFlow credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with the list tools only. Picking an agent advances the rotation, and emailing the next agent also sends an email, so both can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?

Does asking who is next change the rotation?
Yes. Picking the next agent advances the rotation, just like a real assignment. To look without changing anything, the AI can list the group and its agents instead. You can switch off the pick and email tools or require approval for them.
