    Paste your WebGrowly API key, which starts with agos_. In the WebGrowly OS admin panel, open Settings > API and issue a key (or rotate an existing one), then copy it.

    You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:

    1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
    2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
    3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in WebGrowly Realty?

The AI can list and read property listings, read website analytics and Schema.org SEO data, create leads and properties, generate SEO content for a property and generate marketing insights from your analytics. It can also permanently delete a listing if you switch that tool on.

Does the AI see my WebGrowly Realty API key?

No. Your WebGrowly API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with only reading listings and analytics. Deleting a property is permanent and can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own WebGrowly Realty account.

Can the AI write SEO content for my listings?

Yes. The generate_property_seo tool creates SEO content for one property, and it can also create FAQ entries for it. The get_property_seo_data tool reads the Schema.org data for your properties, so you can check what is there before and after.
