Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Aesthetix CRM

Ask your AI who is booked tomorrow, what a client last wrote, or to find a free slot and book an appointment in Aesthetix CRM. It can create and update contacts, add notes, tags and tasks, read SMS, email and chat conversations and move opportunities through your pipelines. Front desk questions get answered without switching screens.

Connect Aesthetix CRM free

Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.

Try asking

  • “Find a free slot on Thursday afternoon and book Anna Holm for a consultation.”

The AI finds Anna by email or phone, checks open slots in the calendar and books the appointment. Depending on the calendar's settings, Anna may get a confirmation.

  • “Who is booked in the treatment calendar tomorrow?”

It lists the appointments in that calendar for tomorrow, with times and contacts.

  • “What did Sofie Lund write to us last?”

It searches conversations for Sofie and reads the newest messages in the thread.

What your AI can do

Contacts, notes and tasks

Find, create and update contacts, add or remove tags, add notes, and create, update and complete tasks.

Calendars and appointments

List calendars and events, check free slots, book appointments and change their time or status.

Conversations, forms and pipelines

Read SMS, email and chat conversations and form submissions, and create, search and update opportunities in your pipelines.

  • “Add a new lead: Emma Friis, [email protected], 20 30 40 50, source Instagram.”

It checks for an existing contact with that email or phone, then creates or updates the contact with the details and source.

  • “Mark the Holm package opportunity as won.”

It searches opportunities for the deal and sets its status to won.

  • “Remind me to call Emma back on Monday.”

It creates a task on Emma's contact with a Monday due date.

Questions

What can the AI do in Aesthetix CRM?

The AI can find and read contacts, notes, tasks, appointments, calendars, free slots, conversations, forms, form submissions, pipelines and opportunities. It can create and update contacts, add and remove tags, add notes, create and complete tasks, book and change appointments, and create and update opportunities.

Does the AI see my Aesthetix CRM token?

No. Your Private Integration token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Booking an appointment can send a confirmation to the client, and adding tags can start workflows, so those tools can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Aesthetix CRM account.

Why does Aesthetix CRM need a token and a Location ID?

Aesthetix CRM runs on HighLevel, where each business is a sub-account called a location. The Private Integration token gives access with the scopes you ticked, and the Location ID tells PipMCP which sub-account to work in. Tick only the scopes you want the AI to use.
