Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Adversus

Ask your AI about campaigns, leads, calls and sales in Adversus. It can search leads by campaign or status, read notes, appointments and SMS, list call records and summaries, and fetch a call recording link. It can also create leads, add contacts to a campaign and update a lead's status or next contact time.

Try asking

  • “Which leads in the Spring campaign are marked notInterested?”

The AI finds the campaign and searches its leads filtered on that status, with lead IDs and last contact.

  • “What did we sell yesterday, and to whom?”

It lists the sales registered in Adversus with their products and amounts.

  • “Call lead 58213 again next Tuesday at 10.”

It updates the lead's next contact time so it comes back in the dialer queue at that time.

What your AI can do

Campaigns and leads

List campaigns, projects and segments, search and read leads, create new leads and update status, next contact time and data fields.

Calls and activity

List call records, call summaries, SMS, notes and appointments, and get a download link for a call recording.

Sales, contacts and users

Read sales with products and amounts, search contacts and contact pools, and look up users and agents.

  • “Show me the notes and appointments on lead 58213.”

It reads the lead with its status and contact attempts, then lists the notes and booked appointments for it.

  • “Get me the recording of call 902144.”

It returns a download link for the recorded audio of that call.

  • “Add contact 3311 to the Winback campaign.”

It adds the existing contact to the campaign as a new lead, with an optional status and segment.

Questions

What can the AI do in Adversus?

It can read campaigns, projects, segments, leads, contacts, contact pools, calls, call summaries, call recordings, notes, appointments, SMS, sales, products and users. It can create leads, add existing contacts to a campaign, update a lead's status, next contact time and data fields, and delete a lead if you switch that tool on.

Does the AI see my Adversus credentials?

No. Your Adversus credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Deleting a lead is permanent and cannot be undone, and creating or updating leads changes what your agents see in the dialer. These actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Adversus account.

Which access level should the API user have?

Adversus lets you give an API user Admin, Readonly or Custom access. If you only want the AI to look things up, a Readonly API user is a safe start. To create or update leads, the API user needs access that allows it. PipMCP's tool switches work on top of whatever access you give the API user.
