Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Sofy from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Sofy API key ID and API key secret. In the Sofy dashboard (admin.sofy.fr), open the account menu at the top right and create an API key pair. Copy the secret right away, because Sofy shows it only once. A key pair is tied to one location.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Sofy?
The AI can send an SMS to a mobile number, read sent SMS and their delivery status, list and create contact groups, search, add and delete contacts in a group, list your custom contact fields and show your wallets with their SMS credit.
Does the AI see my Sofy credentials?
No. Your Sofy API key ID and secret are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Sending an SMS reaches a real phone and uses credit, and deleting a contact is permanent, so both can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Sofy account. PipMCP is not affiliated with Sofy. Each SMS the AI sends uses your Sofy credit.
Why does Sofy need two keys?
Sofy uses an API key pair: a key ID that identifies the key and a secret that proves it is yours. Both are sent with every request, so you paste both into PipMCP. The pair is tied to one location in your Sofy account, so the AI works with that location's groups and contacts.
