Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Adversus Dialer

Ask your AI how a campaign is going, what happened on a lead, or which sales an agent closed, and it reads the answer from Adversus. It can search leads and contacts, list calls, sales, appointments, notes, SMS and call summaries, and get call recordings. It can also create leads, add contacts to campaigns and update lead status.

Try asking

  • “Which leads in the spring campaign are marked not interested?”

The AI finds the campaign and searches its leads filtered by status.

  • “What happened on lead 58213?”

It reads the lead with status, campaign, contact attempts and data fields, plus the notes written on it.

  • “Which sales were registered yesterday?”

It lists sales for the day and can read each one with its products and amounts.

What your AI can do

Campaigns, sales and users

  • “Summarize Peter's calls from this morning.”

It lists his calls and the transcription summaries of those calls.

  • “Add contact 10442 to the renewal campaign and call back tomorrow at 10.”

It adds the contact as a lead in the campaign with a next contact time.

  • “Get the recording of call 99120.”

Questions

What can the AI do in Adversus?

It can read campaigns, segments, projects, leads, contacts, contact persons, pools, calls, call recordings, call summaries, notes, SMS, sales, products, appointments, users and your organization. It can create leads, add contacts to campaigns, update leads and delete a lead.

Does the AI see my Adversus credentials?

No. Your Adversus credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Deleting a lead is permanent and cannot be undone, so it can require your approval before it runs. You can also give the API user Readonly access in Adversus. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Adversus account.

Should I create a Readonly API user?

If you only want reports and lookups, yes. Adversus lets you choose Admin, Readonly or Custom access when you create the API user, and Adversus then blocks anything outside that access, on top of the tools you switch on in PipMCP. Choose Admin or Custom if the AI should create or update leads.
