Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose SignNow from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a SignNow API key. Open the SignNow API dashboard (app.signnow.com/webapp/api-dashboard) > Apps and Keys, select your application (one is created for you) and copy the API key from the API Keys tab.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in SignNow?

The AI can list and search documents and folders, upload documents from a link, read fields and signer roles, prefill text fields, send, resend and cancel signing invites, create signing and download links, read a document's history and download it. It can also create templates, create documents from templates, work with document groups, move documents between folders and delete documents.

Does the AI see my SignNow credentials?

No. Your SignNow credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Signing invites send emails to real signers, and deleting a document is permanent. Those actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

Can someone sign without an email invite?

Yes. The AI can create a signing link for a document, which someone can open to sign without an email invite. You choose the page they land on after signing. If you prefer email, the AI sends a signing invite to the recipients and roles you name.
