Pick the app

What can the AI do in Queue-it?
The AI can list waiting rooms and aliases, read their settings, live statistics, statistic time series, the queue message and the change log. It can pause, resume or disable a queue, set the outflow per minute, change the queue message and end a waiting room.
What happens if the AI changes the outflow during a sale?
The new outflow takes effect immediately and changes the load on your website. That makes outflow, pausing, disabling and ending a waiting room good candidates for approval. With approval on, the change only runs after you approve it.
Does the AI see my Queue-it API key?
No. Your customer ID and API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. Once saved, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only works through the tools you switch on.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on. Risky actions, such as disabling a queue or ending a waiting room, can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged, so you can see what the AI did.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link works in Claude under Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector, and in Cursor.
