Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Moskit CRM

Ask your AI which deals are open in a stage, what happened with a customer, or to log a call and book the next follow-up in Moskit CRM (Ollow). It can search, create and update contacts, companies and deals, add notes, move deals between stages or mark them won or lost, and create and complete activities. It reads your pipelines, stages and users to fill in the right IDs.

Try asking

  • “Which open deals are in the Proposal stage?”

The AI looks up the stage ID and searches deals in that stage with status open.

  • “Mark the Construtora Alfa deal as won.”

It finds the deal and updates its status to won.

  • “Move deal 88412 to Negotiation and add a note that they asked for a discount.”

It looks up the stage, moves the deal and adds the note to it.

What your AI can do

Deals and pipelines

Search, create and update deals, move them between stages, mark them won or lost, and read their stage history and notes.

Contacts and companies

Search, create and update contacts and companies, add notes to contacts, and see which deals a contact is in.

Activities

Create, reschedule and complete activities linked to deals, contacts or companies, with the right activity type and responsible user.

  • “Create a call activity for Ana tomorrow at 10:00 about the renewal.”

It finds Ana in the user list and the call type, then creates the activity linked to the deal.

  • “Add a contact: Pedro Souza, [email protected], at Construtora Alfa.”

It creates the contact with email and employer, with you as creator and responsible user.

  • “How has deal 88412 moved through the pipeline?”

It lists the deal's stage movements and its notes.

Questions

What can the AI do in Moskit?

The AI can search, list and read contacts, companies, deals and activities, and read pipelines, stages, activity types and users. It can create and update contacts, companies, deals and activities, add notes to contacts and deals, and read a deal's notes and stage movements.

Does the AI see my Moskit API key?

No. Your Moskit API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with searches and lookups only. Creating and updating contacts, companies, deals and activities can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Moskit account.

Why does the AI look up users and stages first?

Moskit needs a creator and a responsible user on every contact, company, deal and activity, and a stage ID for every deal. The AI lists users, stages and activity types to find the right IDs, so you can just give names.
