Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Karlia

Ask your AI to find a customer and its contacts in Karlia, open a deal or draw up a quote from your product catalog. It can create and update customers, contacts, deals, tasks, notes and support tickets, and read your quotes and invoices with lines and totals. Try asking

  • “Find the customer Dupont Industrie and show me its contacts.”

The AI searches your customers, then lists the contact people linked to that customer with email, phone and position.

  • “Create a deal for Dupont Industrie: website redesign, 12,000 EUR, 60 percent probability.”

It looks up your pipelines and creates the deal with amount, probability and the pipeline stage you want.

  • “Which quotes did we make in March?”

It lists sales documents of the quote type within that date range, with customer and status.

What your AI can do

Customers and contacts

Search customers and prospects by name, email, phone or SIREN, and create and update customers and their contact people.

Deals and sales documents

List, create and update deals across your pipelines, read quotes and invoices with lines and totals, and create new documents from your product catalog.

Tasks, notes and tickets

Assign tasks to users, add notes to customers and deals, and create and update support tickets.

  • “Make a quote for that deal with our two consulting products.”

It finds the products in your catalog and creates a sales document for the customer and the deal with those product lines.

  • “Create a task for Marie to call Dupont back on Monday.”

It finds Marie among your Karlia users and creates the task assigned to her, with dates and a link to the customer.

  • “What open support tickets does Dupont have?”

It lists the tickets for that customer, filtered by status, with priority and assignee.

Questions

What can the AI do in Karlia?

The AI can search and read customers, contacts, deals, pipelines, sales documents, products, users, tasks, notes and support tickets. It can create and update customers, contacts, deals, tasks and tickets, add notes, create quotes and other sales documents, and delete a task if you switch that tool on.

Does the AI see my Karlia API key?

No. Your Karlia credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Creating a sales document and deleting a task can require your approval before they run, and deleting a task is permanent. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Karlia account.

Can the AI create quotes and invoices in Karlia?

Yes. It can create a sales document such as a quote or an invoice for a customer and a deal, with product lines from your catalog. It can also list existing documents by type, customer, number, status or date and read one with its lines and totals. If you want to check documents before they are made, set that tool to require your approval.
