Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Deel from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste one Deel API token. In Deel go to More › Developer › Access Tokens and click Generate new token. Choose an Organization token for company-wide access, pick the scopes you need and copy the token.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Deel?

It can read your organization, people, contracts, teams, departments, countries, time off policies and requests, timesheets, invoices, invoice adjustments and payments. It can create time off requests, approve or reject them, and cancel a request.

Does the AI see my Deel credentials?

No. Your Deel API token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Approving or rejecting time off notifies the worker, and cancelling a request cannot be undone, so these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Deel account.

Which Deel token should I use?

Use an Organization token if you want the AI to work across the whole company, and pick only the scopes it needs. The scopes limit what PipMCP can reach, on top of the tools you switch on. You create it under More › Developer › Access Tokens.
