Approval before sending

Messages are delivered right away and cannot be recalled, so you can require your approval before each one goes out.

It sends the message with WhatsApp as the allowed channel. This works if WhatsApp is enabled on your CM.com account.
“Write a short, friendly appointment reminder for tomorrow at 10 and send it to +4587654321.”
It writes the text, shows it to you if approval is on, and sends it as an SMS.
“Only send this one as SMS.”
It limits the allowed channels to SMS for that message.

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose CM.com from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your CM.com product token. Sign in to CM.com and open the Channels app (www.cm.com/app/channels) to copy it. SMS works on any account. Other channels such as WhatsApp, Viber or RCS must be enabled for your account first.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in CM.com?

It can send text messages through CM.com to one or more phone numbers, as SMS or on other channels enabled on your account, with the sender and allowed channels you choose. It only sends messages. It does not read incoming messages or your CM.com account data.

Does the AI see my CM.com product token?

No. Your CM.com product token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose whether the send tool is switched on. A message is delivered immediately and cannot be recalled, so sending can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own CM.com account, and anything CM.com charges for messages is between you and CM.com.

Which channels can I send on?

SMS works on any CM.com account. WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, Apple Messages, Messenger, Instagram, LINE, Telegram and Push must be enabled for your CM.com account before the AI can use them.
