Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Check Cherry

Ask your AI which leads need a follow-up, whether a package is free on a Saturday, or to turn an inquiry into a proposal in Check Cherry. It can search and update leads, events and appointments, check available time slots, create bookings and proposals, add notes and read payments and revenue projections. Your booking admin gets done in a chat.

Try asking

  • “Is the Premium Photo Booth package free on June 14?”

The AI finds the package and lists the available start times on that date.

  • “Turn the lead from [email protected] into a proposal for the Premium package.”

It finds the lead and converts it into a proposal with the package, pricing and a valid-through date.

  • “Which bookings next month still have a balance outstanding?”

It searches events in that date range with a balance outstanding and lists client, date and status.

  • “Add a note to the Larsen wedding: confirm the backdrop color by Friday.”

It adds an internal note to the event, optionally with a follow-up date.

  • “What revenue is projected for the next three months, by month?”

It runs the revenue projection report for that period, grouped by month.

  • “Book a 30-minute consultation with Jonas Holm next Tuesday at 10:00.”

Questions

What can the AI do in Check Cherry?

The AI can read leads, events, appointments, packages, services, available time slots, payments and revenue projections. It can create and update leads, events and appointments, add notes, create bookings and proposals, convert leads, change an event's status, archive leads and cancel events and appointments, if you switch those tools on.

Does the AI see my Check Cherry API key?

No. Your Check Cherry Integration key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Cancelling an event can email the client, and bookings and status changes can send booking confirmations. These actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Check Cherry account.

Which permissions should my Integration key have?

When you create the Integration Key in Check Cherry, you tick the permissions it gets. Read-only is fine to start, and the AI can then search and read without changing anything. Check Cherry blocks anything outside those permissions, on top of the tools you switch on in PipMCP. You can create a new key with more permissions later.
