Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Aurora Inbox
Ask your AI about the WhatsApp chats in Aurora Inbox. It can find unread or unanswered chats, reply, post an internal note or send an approved template, and assign the chat to an agent. It can also keep contacts and companies up to date, move opportunities through your pipeline, and book appointments and calendar events.
Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.
Try asking
“Which chats are still unanswered?”
The AI searches chats filtered to unanswered and lists them with contact and status.
“Reply to Carlos that his order is on the way.”
It finds the chat and sends the text. The customer gets it right away. It can post an internal note instead if you ask.
“Send the appointment reminder template to this chat.”
It finds the approved template and sends it into the chat with the variables filled in.

It looks up the user and the tag, assigns Pedro to the chat and adds the tag.
“Move Ana's opportunity to the next stage with a follow-up on Friday.”
It lists the team's stages, then updates the opportunity with the new stage and follow-up date.

Questions
What can the AI do in Aurora Inbox?
It can search and read chats, contacts, companies, templates, tags, teams, stages, users, bookings, services and calendar events. It can send messages, internal notes and templates, tag and assign chats, set the owner, create and update contacts, companies and opportunities, and create or change bookings and calendar events.
Does the AI see my Aurora Inbox API key?
No. You paste your Aurora Inbox API key into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start by only reading chats. Messages and templates reach the customer at once and cannot be undone, and changing a chat's owner reassigns it. These tools can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You connect your own Aurora Inbox account, so your Aurora Inbox subscription stays between you and Aurora Inbox.
Can the AI write notes that the customer does not see?
Yes. When it sends a message, it can mark it as an internal note. The note is posted in the chat for your team only and is not sent to the customer.
