Create a free PipMCP account and choose Zoho Cliq from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Zoho domain ending (com, eu, in, com.au, jp, ca, sa or uk), a Client ID and a Client Secret, then connect with your Zoho login. Go to api-console.zoho.com on your Zoho data center, click Add Client > Server-based Applications, enter any name and homepage, and set the Authorized Redirect URI to https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback.

What can the AI do in Zoho Cliq?

It can list and read chats, messages, channels, channel members, threads, users, reminders, calendars and calendar events. It can send direct, chat and channel messages, reply in threads, edit and delete messages, create channels and add members, create, update, complete and delete reminders, and create and update calendar events.

Does the AI see my Zoho Cliq credentials?

No. Your Zoho Cliq credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Messages are sent from your account and notify people, and deleting a message cannot be undone, so these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

Zoho Cliq connects with OAuth, and OAuth connections need the PipMCP Pro plan or above. PipMCP also has a free plan with no credit card, but it does not include this connection. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Zoho Cliq account.

Why do I need to create a client in the Zoho API console?

Zoho Cliq uses OAuth, so PipMCP needs a Client ID and Client Secret from a server-based application that you create in your own Zoho account. You set its redirect URI to https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback, paste the values into PipMCP and log in with Zoho to approve access. Pick the domain ending that matches your Zoho data center, for example eu or com.
