Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Yoobi
Ask your AI how many hours were logged on a project this month, who has leave left, or to register time in Yoobi. It can search and create customers, contact persons and projects, log hours and costs, submit leave requests and expense claims, and read planning, sales invoices and CRM tasks. Everyday admin questions get answered without opening each module.
Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.
Try asking
“Log 3 hours on project WEB-204, activity Design, for yesterday.”
The AI registers the time entry with date, project, activity and employee.
“Which hours were registered on project WEB-204 in September?”
It lists the time and cost registrations for that month and project.
“How much leave does Sofie have left this year?”
It finds Sofie's employee record and shows her remaining leave balance.
What your AI can do

Customers and projects

Leave, expenses and invoices
Submit leave requests and expense claims, check leave balances, and search sales invoices by state.
“Which invoices from August are not paid yet?”
It searches August's sales invoices by state and lists the ones not marked as paid.
“Create customer Bakker BV and add Jan de Vries as contact person.”
It checks that the customer does not exist yet, creates it, and adds the contact person linked to its customer code.
“Which of my CRM tasks are overdue?”
It searches open CRM tasks assigned to you that are past their deadline.

Questions
What can the AI do in Yoobi?
The AI can search and read customers, contact persons, projects, employees, time and cost registrations, planning, leave requests and balances, expense claims, sales invoices, CRM sales and CRM tasks. It can create and update customers and projects, add contact persons, log registrations, submit leave requests and expense claims, and create or update CRM tasks.
Does the AI see my Yoobi credentials?
No. Your Yoobi client ID and client secret are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Logging hours, submitting leave requests and creating expense claims write to your Yoobi administration, and these actions can require your approval before they run. The permissions you grant on the API rights tab in Yoobi also limit what the connection can reach. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
Yoobi connects with OAuth, and OAuth connections need the PipMCP Pro plan or above. PipMCP also has a free plan with no credit card, but it does not include this connection. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Yoobi subscription with the API module.
What do I need in Yoobi to connect?
Your Yoobi subscription needs the API module. You then create an external link under Administration › Integrations › Yoobi external links, copy its client_id and client_secret, and choose on the API rights tab what the link may access. You paste the client ID and client secret into PipMCP.
