Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose VideoAsk from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste the Client ID and Client secret from your own VideoAsk app, plus your Organization ID, then sign in to VideoAsk once and approve access. In VideoAsk open Organization Settings › Developer Apps, register a new app and use https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback as the redirect URI.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.
Questions
What can the AI do in VideoAsk?
The AI can list and read videoasks, questions, responses, answers, question insights, metrics, transcripts, tags and organizations. It can create videoasks, contacts and tags, update a videoask's title or visibility, update contacts, add tags to contacts, mark conversations as read or unread and delete contacts.
Does the AI see my VideoAsk credentials?
No. Your Client ID, Client secret and sign-in are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Deleting a contact also removes their response and cannot be undone, so it can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
VideoAsk connects with OAuth, and this app's OAuth connection needs the PipMCP Pro plan. PipMCP also has a free plan with no credit card, but it does not include this connection. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own VideoAsk account.
Why do I need my own VideoAsk app?
VideoAsk signs you in with OAuth, and PipMCP uses an app you register yourself under Organization Settings › Developer Apps. You add https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback as its redirect URI, paste the Client ID and Client secret into PipMCP and sign in once. Access then goes through your own app.
