Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Formspark from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a Formspark API token. In the Formspark dashboard open API tokens, create a token with the scopes you need (for example forms:read and submissions:read) and copy it. Formspark shows the token only once.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Formspark?
It can list workspaces and forms, read a form's settings, and list or search submissions for one form or a whole workspace. It can create forms, update their settings and delete a single submission. It can also check which account and scopes the token has.
Does the AI see my Formspark API token?
No. You paste your Formspark API token into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it. The AI only gets the results of the tools you have switched on.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading submissions only. Deleting a submission is permanent, so delete_submission and update_form can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Formspark account.
Which scopes should the token have?
Formspark tokens are scoped by area: workspaces, forms and submissions, each with read or write. To look up submissions, workspaces:read, forms:read and submissions:read are enough. Add write scopes only if you want the AI to create or update forms or delete submissions. The scopes limit the AI on top of the tools you switch on in PipMCP.
