Ask your AI to add or update a user in Vero, record an event, change tags or handle an unsubscribe request. It works with Vero's Track API, which sends data into Vero: user profiles, events, tags and subscription status. Events can trigger the campaigns you have set up in Vero.

Pick the app

Paste your key
Paste your Vero auth token. In Vero 2.0 open Settings > Project > API Keys > Tracking Keys and copy a Tracking API key. In Vero 1.0 open Settings (app.getvero.com/settings/project) and copy the Auth Token from the Track API Keys section.

- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.

Questions
What can the AI do in Vero?
The AI can create and update users, change a user's ID, record events, add and remove tags, and unsubscribe or resubscribe users. It uses Vero's Track API.
Does the AI see my Vero credentials?
No. Your Vero auth token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on. An event can trigger a campaign that messages the user, and unsubscribing stops their marketing messages, so these tools can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Vero account.
Can the AI read my Vero users or campaigns?
No. This connector uses Vero's Track API, which sends data into Vero. The AI can create and update users, record events, edit tags and change subscription status, but it cannot look up profiles, campaigns or results.
