add_order_to_routeChanges dataPut an existing order (`order_number`) onto a route (`code_code`). Set `allow_transfer` to move it from another route, or `allow_reschedule` to move a failed order and clear its old status.
check_connectionCheck that the Track-POD connection works and see the current API rate limits. Takes no inputs.
complete_orderVisible to othersMark an order (by number in `number_number`) as delivered or collected, optionally with actual goods quantities, cash collected (`cod_actual`), a `driver_comment` and `signature_name`. The status change is visible to the customer and on the proof of delivery.

Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Track-POD from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a Track-POD API key. In Track-POD open Account Settings and go to the Web API tab. Create a key there (you can have several and disable them later) and copy it.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Track-POD?

The AI can read orders, routes, drivers, vehicles, reject reasons, proof-of-delivery PDFs and GPS tracks. It can create and update orders and routes, add an order to a route, mark an order delivered or rejected, and delete an order if you switch that tool on.

Does the AI see my Track-POD API key?

No. Your Track-POD API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Deleting an order is permanent, and completing or rejecting an order is visible to the customer. These actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Track-POD account.

Will my customers see changes the AI makes?

Some of them. Marking an order delivered, collected or rejected changes a status the customer can see, and completing an order also shows on the proof of delivery. When the AI creates an order, the notifications setting on the order decides whether the customer is notified.
