Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Cigo Tracker from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Account ID and Auth Key. Log in to Cigo Tracker as the account administrator and open Integrations > API in the left sidebar. Turn API access on if it is off. Copy the Account ID and the Auth Key (click to un-hide it).

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Cigo Tracker?

It can search and read jobs, job actions, chat messages, reports, locations and geofencing events, itineraries, vehicles, breaks, operators, customers and available booking dates and slots. It can create and update jobs, actions, itineraries, vehicles, breaks, operators and locations, change the order of stops and the operators on an itinerary, preview routes, and cancel or delete jobs.

Does the AI see my Cigo Tracker Auth Key?

No. You paste your Cigo Tracker Auth Key into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it. The AI only gets the results of the tools you have switched on.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. Switch on only the tools you want, for example lookups without changes to the plan. Canceling jobs and deleting jobs, itineraries or stops can require your approval before they run, and so can other risky actions. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Cigo Tracker account.

Where do I find the Account ID and Auth Key?

Log in to Cigo Tracker as the account administrator and open Integrations > API in the left sidebar. Turn API access on if it is off. The Account ID works as the username and the Auth Key as the password. Click the Auth Key to un-hide it, then paste both into PipMCP.
