Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose TicketSpice from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a TicketSpice API key. TicketSpice runs on the Webconnex platform: in your TicketSpice account open Account Settings, go to the Integrations pane and create an API key. The Product field is already set to ticketspice.com, so you can leave it as it is.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in TicketSpice?

It can list and read your event pages, ticket inventory, orders, tickets, registrants, customers, payment transactions, recurring subscriptions, memberships and coupons. All the tools on this page read data. None of them change anything in your account.

Does the AI see my TicketSpice API key?

No. You paste your TicketSpice API key into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it. The AI only gets the results of the tools you have switched on.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, for example only orders and inventory. Every tool call is logged, so you can see what the AI looked up and when.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You connect your own TicketSpice account.

Why does PipMCP ask for a Product?

TicketSpice is built on the Webconnex platform, and the Webconnex API needs to know which product's data to search. For TicketSpice that is ticketspice.com, which is filled in for you.
