Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Billetweb from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Billetweb user ID and API key. Log in to Billetweb and open the API page (billetweb.fr/bo/api.php). Create a key under 'Gestion des clés d'API', read-only or read/write, then copy the user ID and key shown there.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Billetweb?

The AI can read events, sessions, ticket types, availability, attendees, waiting lists, payouts, accounting lines and CRM contacts. It can create orders, update events, sessions, orders and ticket holders, check tickets in, copy events and delete orders.

Does the AI see my Billetweb user ID and API key?

No. Your Billetweb user ID and API key are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Deleting orders is permanent and makes the tickets invalid, and issuing tickets can email buyers. Actions like these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Billetweb account. PipMCP is not affiliated with Billetweb.

Should I use a read-only or a read/write key?

Billetweb lets you create either. A read-only key is enough for questions about events, attendees, availability and payouts. To let the AI issue tickets, check people in or change events and orders, you need a read/write key and the matching tools switched on in PipMCP.
