Pick the app

Enter your API key, your API secret and your account's region: eu (Europe), au (APAC) or us (United States). Sinch Engage issues the API key and secret when you sign up for a developer account, or Sinch support can supply them.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Sinch Engage SMS?
The AI can send SMS and MMS messages, read a sent message and its delivery status, list delivery reports, replies and dedicated numbers, and cancel a scheduled message. It can create, update and delete contacts, create contact lists, add contacts to lists and remove them, and read and add to the opt-out list.
Does the AI see my Sinch Engage SMS credentials?
No. Your Sinch Engage SMS credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading reports and replies only. Sending an SMS reaches a real phone and may cost credits, and deleting a contact is permanent. Both can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Sinch Engage account. Any credits your messages use come from your own Sinch Engage account.
Which region should I choose?
Pick the region your Sinch Engage account belongs to: eu for Europe, au for APAC or us for the United States. PipMCP sends the AI's requests to that region's API address, so it has to match your account.
