Connect Claude & ChatGPT to RepairShopr

Ask your AI which repair tickets are open, what a customer has in for repair, or to book an appointment in RepairShopr. It can search tickets, customers, assets and products, add comments and part or labor lines to a ticket, and create estimates and invoices. You get answers about the shop without clicking through each ticket.

Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.

Try asking

  • “Which tickets are still open for Jensen Electronics?”

The AI finds the customer and lists their tickets with status, problem type and priority.

  • “Add a note to ticket 4120 that the screen part is ordered, and don't email the customer.”

It adds a hidden comment to the ticket, so the customer is not notified.

  • “Add a replacement battery at 450 to ticket 4120.”

It finds the product and adds it as a line on the ticket with quantity and retail price.

What your AI can do

Tickets and repairs

Estimates, invoices and appointments

Create estimates and invoices, list unpaid invoices, email an invoice to the customer, and book or move appointments.

  • “Book Maria Holm for a drop-off tomorrow at 10.”

It searches for the customer and creates an appointment with a summary and start time. It can also email the customer if you ask.

  • “Which invoices are unpaid?”

It lists unpaid invoices with customer, totals and dates.

  • “Create an estimate for a new screen and labor for customer 2231.”

It creates an estimate with the line items, linked to the customer, ready for you to review.

Questions

What can the AI do in RepairShopr?

The AI can search and read tickets, ticket comments, customers, contacts, assets, products, leads, estimates, invoices and appointments, and see which user and shop it is connected to. It can create tickets, customers, contacts, leads, estimates, invoices and appointments, update tickets, customers and appointments, add comments and line items to tickets, and email an invoice to the customer.

Does the AI see my RepairShopr credentials?

No. Your RepairShopr credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Emailing an invoice sends a real email to your customer, and a ticket comment can notify the customer unless it is marked as hidden. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own RepairShopr account.

Why does RepairShopr need my subdomain?

Each RepairShopr account has its own address, like acme.repairshopr.com. PipMCP uses your subdomain to send the AI's requests to your shop. The API token is tied to your own RepairShopr user.
