Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Recruit CRM
Ask your AI who is at which stage for a job, find candidates by skill or location, or look up a client company in Recruit CRM. It can add candidates, jobs, companies and contacts, assign candidates to jobs and move them through your hiring pipeline, and keep notes, tasks and meetings up to date. It can also send an email to a candidate or contact.
Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.
Try asking
“Who is at the interview stage for the Senior Backend Developer job?”
The AI reads your hiring pipeline stages and lists the candidates on the job at that stage.
“Add Sara Jensen as a candidate: [email protected], product designer in Aarhus.”
It creates the candidate with name, email, position and location.
“Assign Sara to the Product Designer job and move her to Screening.”
It assigns her to the job and moves her to the stage, with a remark if you give one.

Questions
What can the AI do in Recruit CRM?
It can search and read candidates, jobs, companies, contacts, deals, notes, tasks and users, and see hiring pipelines and a candidate's stage in each job. It can create and update candidates, jobs, companies, contacts and tasks, add notes, schedule meetings, assign candidates to jobs, change their hiring stage and send emails.
Does the AI see my Recruit CRM credentials?
No. Your Recruit CRM credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with searches only. Sending an email reaches the recipient immediately, and scheduling a meeting sends calendar invites by default, so these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Recruit CRM account.
Does the AI send calendar invites when it books a meeting?
Yes, by default. When the AI schedules a meeting, Recruit CRM sends calendar invites to the attendees unless the option do_not_send_calendar_invites is set to true. Ask the AI to skip the invites, or keep the meeting tool switched off.
