Pick the app

Paste your key
Paste the Basic Auth value from Rasayel. In Rasayel open Settings › API management and create an API key (Read or Read/Write), or click Reveal token on an existing key. Copy the Basic Auth Value shown in the API info.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Rasayel?
It can list conversations, contacts, tags, custom properties, WhatsApp channels and message templates, and read a contact or template in full. It can create and update contacts, tag contacts, assign conversations to teammates and send text messages into a conversation.
Does the AI see my Rasayel credentials?
No. Your Rasayel credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Sending a message reaches your customer on WhatsApp, and it can require your approval before it goes out, like changes to contacts and assignments. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?

Should I create a Read or a Read/Write key?
Rasayel lets you create an API key with Read or Read/Write access. A Read key is enough for looking at conversations, contacts and templates. To create contacts, tag them, assign conversations or send messages, the key needs Read/Write. The tools you switch on in PipMCP add a second limit on top.
