Paste your key
Paste your MailSlurp API key. Sign up or log in at app.mailslurp.com and copy the key from the API section of the dashboard.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in MailSlurp?

The AI can create, list, find, read and update inboxes, wait for new emails, and list, search and read received and sent emails. It can extract verification codes, list links and attachments, download attachments and mark emails as read. It can send, reply to and forward emails, list templates, and list and create contacts. It can also delete an inbox or an email if you switch those tools on.

Does the AI see my MailSlurp API key?

No. Your MailSlurp credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Sending, replying and forwarding go out immediately, and deleting an inbox or an email cannot be undone. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

Can the AI wait for an email to arrive?

Yes. The AI can wait until an email arrives in an inbox, up to a timeout you set in milliseconds, or until a number of emails that match conditions such as subject or sender have arrived. That is handy when you test a signup or password reset: it waits for the email, then reads it and pulls out the code or link.
