Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose LoyaltyDog from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste a LoyaltyDog App Key. In LoyaltyDog, open the API Keys page (app.loyalty.dog/account/appkeys), create an App Key and copy it. Treat it like a password.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in LoyaltyDog?

The AI can read your loyalty programs, members, points transactions, activity, offers, vouchers and gift cards, including gift card analytics. It can add, update and delete members, add points, create, update and publish offers, claim and redeem offers for members, create and issue vouchers, and refund gift card transactions.

Does the AI see my LoyaltyDog credentials?

No. Your LoyaltyDog App Key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with lookups only. Refunding a gift card transaction moves money back onto the card, and issuing a voucher or publishing an offer reaches your customers. These actions, and deleting a member, can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own LoyaltyDog account.

How does the AI know which program to use?

Most LoyaltyDog tools need a program ID. The AI starts by listing your loyalty programs with their IDs, then works inside the program you mean. If you run several programs, name the one you want in your request.
