Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Landbot from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Landbot agent token. Log in to Landbot, open Settings › Account (app.landbot.io/gui/settings/account) and copy the token. It has the same access you have in the dashboard, so treat it like a password.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Landbot?

The AI can search and read customers, their messages and fields, your channels and your WhatsApp templates. It can send text, images and WhatsApp templates, assign or unassign customers, hand them to a bot, set customer fields, and archive or unarchive conversations.

Does the AI see my Landbot agent token?

No. Your Landbot agent token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Sending a message, image or template reaches the customer immediately, and archiving closes a conversation. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Landbot account.

Do messages from the AI reach customers right away?

Yes. A text, image or WhatsApp template sent through Landbot is delivered to the customer immediately on their channel. Turn on approval for the sending tools if you want to check each message first.
