Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Judge.me from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Judge.me Private API token and your shop domain in myshopify.com format, for example example.myshopify.com. In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Integrations and click View API tokens at the top right. The private token has read and write access and you cannot regenerate it yourself, so keep it safe.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.
Questions
What can the AI do in Judge.me?
It can list, count and read reviews, look up reviewers, and read your average rating and total review count. It can post public replies, send private email replies, publish or hide reviews and add new reviews.
Does the AI see my Judge.me API token?
No. You paste your Judge.me API token into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools you have switched on.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading reviews only. Public replies, private emails and hiding or publishing a review are visible to customers, and they can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Judge.me account.
Why does Judge.me need my shop domain?
Judge.me identifies your store by its shop domain, in myshopify.com format, on every API call. You find it next to your API tokens in Judge.me. You enter it once in PipMCP, and it is added to each call, so the AI does not have to ask for it.
