book_pickupChanges dataBook a courier pickup for shipments (easyship_shipment_ids) on selected_date with courier_service_id and a time slot. The courier is scheduled to come collect the parcels.
cancel_shipmentDeletesCancel a shipment by easyship_shipment_id. If a label was bought, Easyship voids it; this cannot be undone.

Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Easyship from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste your Easyship API access token. In Easyship, open APIs & Webhooks and click Create API Connection. Name it, click Connect, choose the scopes you need and copy the production token (it starts with prod_).

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Easyship?

It can read shipments, tracking, pickups, addresses, products, boxes, courier services and your account, and search HS codes. It can get rates, create, update and cancel shipments, book pickups, save and validate addresses, add and update products, start tracking outside parcels and fetch shipment documents.

Does the AI see my Easyship access token?

No. Your Easyship access token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, and the scopes on your Easyship token limit it further. Cancelling a shipment voids its label and cannot be undone, and it can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Easyship account. Labels you buy are charged to your Easyship balance.

Can the AI buy shipping labels?

Only if you let it. A new shipment stays a draft unless the label purchase is turned on in the request, and buying a label charges your Easyship balance. Drafts without a label can still be updated. Cancelling a shipment with a label voids it.
