Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose BulkSMS.com from the app list.

Enter a BulkSMS.com API token ID and token secret. Log in to BulkSMS.com, go to Settings > Developer Settings > API Tokens and create a token.

You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.

What can the AI do in BulkSMS.com?
The AI can send SMS, list sent and received messages, read a message with its delivery status and cost, list the replies to a message, read your account profile and credit balance, and list and block phone numbers.
Does the AI see my BulkSMS.com API token?
No. Your BulkSMS.com credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with only reading messages. Sending an SMS and blocking numbers can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own BulkSMS.com account, and the messages you send use its credits.
Does sending an SMS use credits?
Yes. Each send is a real message from your BulkSMS.com account and uses credits there. You can require approval for every send, and the AI can check your remaining credit balance first.
