Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Botcake from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste the page's API token and its Page ID. In Botcake, open the page you want to connect, go to Settings > API and generate the public API token. The Page ID is the Facebook page ID, or waba_<id> for WhatsApp. Refreshing or deleting the token breaks existing connections.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
- Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
- Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
- Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in Botcake?
It can read flows, customers, custom fields, tags, keywords, the default reply, main menu, ice breakers, sequences, message templates, AI agents and statistics for messages, flows, sequences, broadcasts and AI usage. It can send flows and content to customers, update keywords, the default reply and custom fields, manage AI agents, and create and send marketing messages.
Does the AI see my Botcake API token?
No. You paste your Botcake API token into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it. The AI only gets the results of the tools you have switched on.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. Switch on only the tools you want, for example statistics without sending anything. Actions that reach your customers, like sending a flow or marketing content, and deleting a marketing message can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Botcake account.
Why do I need a Page ID?
A Botcake API token belongs to one page, and almost every tool works on a specific page. You enter the ID of the page the token belongs to: the Facebook page ID, or waba_<id> for WhatsApp. The AI then works on that page.
