Pick the app

Paste a Zaprite API key. In Zaprite open Settings → API (app.zaprite.com/org/default/settings/api) and create an API key. Use a full-access key to create orders; read-only keys can only read.

What can the AI do in Zaprite?
It can list and read orders, contacts and event tickets. It can create checkout orders and contacts, update contacts, mark orders complete or paid or change their expiry, and check in, scan, cancel or reactivate tickets.
Does the AI see my Zaprite credentials?
No. Your Zaprite API key is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can keep it to lookups. Creating an order can email the customer a receipt when paid, and marking an order paid changes its record, so both can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Zaprite account.
Should I use a read-only or a full-access key?
A read-only Zaprite key can only read, which suits reporting and lookups. To let the AI create orders, update contacts or check in tickets, use a full-access key. You can still switch individual tools off in PipMCP.
