Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose TOConline from the app list.

Paste your key
Enter your TOConline server number, paste the Client ID (Identificador) and Client secret (Segredo), then sign in with your TOConline login once. In TOConline, as an Empresário user, open Empresa › Configurações › Dados API and enter the integrator details. TOConline emails a 72-hour link with the client ID, secret and your URLs. On the same page change the redirect address to https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback. The server number is the N in https://appN.toconline.pt.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in TOConline?

The AI can list and read customers, contacts, suppliers, products, services, item families, sales documents and their lines, sales receipts, purchase documents, supplier payments, document series and VAT rates, and get a download link for a sales document's PDF. It can create customers, products and suppliers and update customers.

Does the AI see my TOConline credentials?

No. Your TOConline credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Updating a customer changes data other people in your company see, and it can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

TOConline connects with OAuth, and this OAuth connection needs the PipMCP Pro plan. PipMCP also has a free plan with no credit card, but it does not include this connection. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own TOConline account.

Can the AI issue invoices in TOConline?

No. On this connection the AI reads sales documents, receipts and their PDFs but does not create or finalize invoices. It can create customers, products and suppliers, so they are ready when you issue the invoice in TOConline.
