Pick the app

Paste your key
Paste your ScrapeGraphAI API key. Sign in to the ScrapeGraphAI dashboard (scrapegraphai.com/dashboard) and copy your API key. It starts with sgai-.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

What can the AI do in ScrapeGraphAI?

It can scrape a page, extract structured data with a prompt, search the web and crawl a site. It can create, update, pause, resume and delete monitors and read their activity. It can also list past requests, read one request's result and check your credit balance.

Does the AI see my ScrapeGraphAI API key?

No. You paste your ScrapeGraphAI API key into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on. Scrapes, extractions, searches, crawls and monitor checks use ScrapeGraphAI credits, and deleting a monitor is permanent, so those tools can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You connect your own ScrapeGraphAI account, and the credits each request uses are between you and ScrapeGraphAI.

How do I keep credit use under control?

Set max_pages and max_depth when you start a crawl, and stop a running crawl if you have what you need. Pause or delete monitors you no longer use, since every check uses credits. The AI can check your credit balance at any time.
