Create a free PipMCP account and choose Re-Leased from the app list.

Paste your key
Create your own Re-Leased API access, paste its Client ID and Client secret, then sign in with Re-Leased once. Re-Leased gives out API credentials on request: fill in the developer access form linked in the Re-Leased API docs (api.re-leased.com, ReDoc version) and give https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback as your Return URL (redirect_uri).

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in Re-Leased?

The AI can read companies, properties, areas, tenancies, contacts, invoices, credit notes, payments, tax types, maintenance jobs and inspections. It can create contacts, properties, tenancies, invoices, maintenance jobs and inspections, and update a tenancy.

Does the AI see my Re-Leased credentials?

No. Your Client ID, Client secret and sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Creating invoices and tenancies changes your live records, and those actions can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

Re-Leased connects with OAuth, and OAuth connections need the PipMCP Pro plan or above. PipMCP also has a free plan with no credit card, but it does not include this connection. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Re-Leased account.

How do I get Re-Leased API credentials?

Re-Leased hands them out on request. Fill in the developer access form linked in the Re-Leased API docs and give https://pipmcp.com/oauth/callback as the Return URL. When Re-Leased sends you a Client ID and Client secret, paste them into PipMCP, click Connect and approve the access in Re-Leased.
