Connect Claude & ChatGPT to ManyRequests

Ask your AI which client requests are due, what a client asked for, or which invoices are unpaid in ManyRequests. It can create requests, post internal notes or client replies, add clients and organizations, and create invoices. It can also mark an invoice as paid when the money arrived outside ManyRequests.

Try asking

  • “Which high-priority requests are due this week?”

The AI searches requests by priority and due date and lists them with client, status and assignee.

  • “Create a request for Acme's logo refresh under the Design service, due Friday.”

It finds the client and the service, checks the service's intake fields and creates the request.

  • “Add an internal note to the Acme logo request that we are waiting for their brand files.”

It posts the message as an internal note, so the client does not see it.

What your AI can do

Requests and messages

Search requests by status, priority, client, assignee, tag or due date, create new ones and read or post messages and activity.

Clients and organizations

Search clients and organizations, create organizations, add members and see each organization's services and subscriptions.

Invoices and services

Search and read invoices, create new ones as drafts, mark them as paid, and list your services and their intake fields.

  • “Which invoices are still unpaid?”

It searches invoices by status and lists them with client and total.

  • “Acme paid invoice 1187 by bank transfer, mark it as paid.”

It marks the invoice as paid with a payment reference. This records the payment and does not charge anyone.

  • “Add Sara Holm, [email protected], to the Acme organization.”

It finds the organization and adds her as a new client in it.

Questions

What can the AI do in ManyRequests?

The AI can read and search requests, messages, activity, statuses, tags, clients, organizations, services, intake form fields and invoices. It can create requests, organizations and invoices, add clients to organizations, rename organizations, post messages on requests and mark invoices as paid.

Does the AI see my ManyRequests API token?

No. Your ManyRequests API token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Marking an invoice as paid, creating invoices and posting messages the client can see can all require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own ManyRequests account, and its API is part of the ManyRequests Pro plan.

Can my clients see what the AI writes?

Only if you want them to. When the AI posts on a request it can mark the message as an internal note, which the client does not see. A message that is not internal is visible to the client, who may be notified.
