What can the AI do in Kizeo Forms?
It can list forms, users, groups and external lists, read a form's fields and search and read submissions. It can download submissions as PDF or through your export templates, fetch attached photos and files, and export several submissions to Excel. It can also push a pre-filled form to a mobile user, mark submissions as read and replace the items of an external list.
Does the AI see my Kizeo Forms API token?
No. You paste your Kizeo Forms API token into PipMCP once. It is encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI and never shown again after you save it. The AI only gets the results of the tools you have switched on.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. Switch on only the tools you want, for example reading and exporting submissions without pushing forms. Actions that reach your team or change data, like push_form_to_user and update_external_list, can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT, open Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced, turn on Developer mode and add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan, and you do not need a credit card to start. Paid plans are billed per completed task. You also need your own Kizeo Forms account.
How do I get a Kizeo Forms API token?
Kizeo creates API tokens on request. An administrator emails [email protected] from the address on the Kizeo Forms account, with the company code and the user_id the token should be created for. When you receive the token, paste it into PipMCP.
