Ask your AI who has paid their membership, how much a fundraiser has raised, or who bought tickets for an event, and get the answer from your association's HelloAsso account. It can read forms, form statistics, orders, payments and sold items such as tickets and memberships. It can also create payment pages and simple forms, change a form's visibility, refund payments and cancel future installments, with your approval if you want it.

Set up in three steps

Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose HelloAsso from the app list.

Paste your key
Paste the Client ID and Client secret from your association's HelloAsso account, plus your organisation slug. Open Mon Compte > Intégration et API to find the Client ID and Client secret. The slug is your association's name as it appears in your HelloAsso page address, for example mon-asso. PipMCP uses these to get access tokens, so there is no separate sign-in.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.
3. Switch it on from the + menu in a chat.

Questions

What can the AI do in HelloAsso?

It can read forms, form types, form statistics, orders, payments, sold items and checkouts. It can create payment pages and simple forms, change a form's state, refund payments and cancel the future installments of an order.

Does the AI see my HelloAsso credentials?

No. Your HelloAsso credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. A refund returns money and cannot be undone, and a Public form is visible to anyone. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own HelloAsso account.

What does cancelling an order do?

It cancels the future installments of an order, for example a membership paid in several parts. Payments already made are not refunded. To give money back, the AI uses the refund tool on the payment instead.
