Paste the refresh token from a Bugfender MCP credential pair. In the Bugfender dashboard, generate MCP credentials (an access token and a refresh token) and paste the refresh token here. Generating a new pair revokes the previous one, so use a pair only for PipMCP.

What can the AI do in Bugfender?
The AI can list your apps, versions and devices, read a device's details, list crashes, issues and user feedback, download and search logs, read the latest log lines and get log counts over time. There is also a tool to turn full log collection on or off for one device.
Does the AI see my Bugfender credentials?
No. Your Bugfender refresh token is encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save it, it is not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can keep it to reading logs and issues. Turning log collection on or off for a device changes what that device sends, and it can require your approval before it runs. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?

Why does Bugfender use a refresh token?
Bugfender's MCP credentials come as a pair: a short-lived access token and a refresh token. PipMCP stores the refresh token and uses it to get a fresh access token when needed, so you do not have to paste a new one. If you generate a new pair in Bugfender, the old one stops working, and you paste the new refresh token into PipMCP.
