Pick the app
Create a free PipMCP account and choose Zoom Scheduler from the app list.

Paste your key
In the Zoom App Marketplace choose Develop › Build App › Server-to-Server OAuth app. Add the Zoom Scheduler scopes you need (scheduler:...) and activate the app. Then paste the Account ID, Client ID and Client secret from the App Credentials page. The extra headers field is optional. PipMCP exchanges these for short-lived access automatically and renews it.

Add the link to your AI
You get a personal MCP link. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
1. Click your name, then Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector.
2. Paste your link as the Remote MCP server URL.

What can the AI do in Zoom Scheduler?

It can list and read schedules, availability templates, open booking slots, booked events and attendees, scheduling teams, users and booking analytics. It can create and update schedules, update availability and events, create one-time booking links, book meetings for someone and cancel a booked event.

Does the AI see my Zoom Scheduler credentials?

No. Your Zoom Scheduler credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start with reading bookings only. Booking a meeting sends the booker a confirmation, and cancelling an event cannot be undone, so these can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Zoom account with Zoom Scheduler.

What is a Server-to-Server OAuth app?

It is an app you build for your own Zoom account in the App Marketplace. It gives you an Account ID, Client ID and Client secret, and the Zoom Scheduler scopes you add decide what it can reach. PipMCP trades these for short-lived access automatically, so you never renew a token yourself.
