Enter four values: your Vibes API address (US https://public-api.vibescm.com or EU https://public-api.eu.vibes.com), your Vibes Public API username and password, and your API Company Key. Your Vibes Mobile Engagement Services lead gives you the username and password. The Company Key is on the Account Profile page in the Vibes platform, labeled API Company Key.

What can the AI do in Vibes?

It can find and read people and their subscriptions, and read subscription lists, broadcasts, acquisition and triggered campaigns, incentive pools and codes, and wallet campaigns. It can add and update people, opt them into acquisition campaigns or out of lists, create, update and cancel broadcasts, send events, and issue and redeem incentive codes.

Does the AI see my Vibes credentials?

No. Your Vibes username, password and Company Key are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.

Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?

Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Broadcasts, opt-ins and events can send real text or push messages, and redeeming an incentive code cannot be undone. Those tools can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.

What does it cost?

PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Vibes account.

Where do I get the Vibes API username and password?

Your Vibes Mobile Engagement Services lead gives you the Public API username and password. US and EU accounts use different usernames and different API addresses, so pick the address that matches your account. The API Company Key is on your Account Profile page in Vibes.
