Connect Claude & ChatGPT to Unify360
Ask your AI which chats are unread, what a contact's job history looks like, or to invite a happy customer to leave a review. It can search, create and update contacts, read and answer chat conversations, add internal notes, list reviews and review totals, and create social media posts for your publishing queue.
Free plan, no credit card. Takes about a minute.
Try asking
“Which chat conversations are still unread?”
The AI finds the chat company linked to your profile and lists the unread conversations.
“Reply to the chat with Mark: we can come by Thursday morning.”
It finds the conversation and sends your message. The customer receives it right away.
“Send a review invite to Lisa Jensen at [email protected] for the roof repair job.”
It picks your review company and sends Lisa the invite by email, with the job details.

Questions
What can the AI do in Unify360?
The AI can search, read, create and update contacts, list and read chat conversations and messages, send chat replies, add internal notes and mark chats resolved. It can list reviews, review totals and customers you can invite, send review invites, and create and list social media posts. It can also delete a contact if you switch that tool on.
Does the AI see my Unify360 API token?
No. Your Unify360 credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown to the AI. After you save them, they are not shown again, not even to you. The AI only sees the results of the tools it calls.
Can I control what the AI is allowed to do?
Yes. You choose which tools are switched on, so you can start read-only. Sending a chat message or a review invite reaches your customers, a social post is published on schedule, and deleting a contact is permanent. These can require your approval before they run. Every tool call is logged.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. In ChatGPT go to Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced and turn on Developer mode, then add your PipMCP link. Developer mode needs a paid ChatGPT plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise. The same link also works in Claude (Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector), Cursor and other MCP clients.
What does it cost?
PipMCP has a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans bill per completed task. You also need your own Unify360 account.
What are the company, chat company and review company IDs?
Unify360 keeps contacts, chats and reviews under separate company records. The AI can list your companies, find the chat company linked to your profile and list your review companies, so it looks up the right ID before it uses the other tools. You do not need to find them yourself.
